- System drives the call, telling dispatchers the questions to ask, ensuring the nature of the call is correctly identified and the correct response provided
- Unnecessary questions are automatically skipped, saving enormous amounts of time, so callers get help quicker
- Dispatchers are able to give life-saving advice over the phone whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive
- All advice is supplied by the Office of Medical Affairs
- Dispatchers use the same system, processes and protocols, reducing error and liability, increasing dispatch accuracy and decreasing training time and cost
- Teams own responsibility for how they process and set priorities for emergency calls
- Easily introduce changes to enhance and optimize responses to emergency calls
- Add / alter emergency flows in order to respond to new crises / threats
- All call data is captured and stored for easy analysis, allowing for continuous improvements in effectiveness and efficiency of emergency response
- Run in parallel with existing system while developing
- Can integrate with existing environment
- Integration to CAD systems gives power to communicate information to paramedics en route.
One of the persistent pain points for medical triage centers is that they cannot write medical workflows or introduce changes to enhance and optimize response for incoming emergency calls. FIT is reinventing emergency triage by bringing the expertise of the world’s largest contact center outsourcers to EMS triage.
FIT’s flexible workflow engine
FIT’s flexible workflow engine is game-changing, delivering critical efficiencies beyond the industry’s legacy off-the-shelf 9-1-1 dispatch systems.
An effective emergency triage system depends upon being able to capture caller information quickly and methodically, so that the most appropriate resource can be dispatched with absolute accuracy in the shortest possible time. The FIT Platform – proven in demanding and complex environments – dramatically enhances this ability.
The FIT Platform workflow engine captures the detail of every call, so that managers and specialists within emergency triage environments can analyze performance and adjust workflows over time to achieve continuous improvement — delivering ongoing and measurable gains in dispatch times, resource accuracy, caller experience and operational efficiency.
The market response to FIT’s highly flexible workflow has been incredible — FIT lets EMS teams and physicians ‘own’ the responsibility for how they process and set priorities for all medical emergency calls.

Search powered business analytics
Modern businesses today face the challenge of interpreting vast amounts of data contained in multiple — and often unconnected — data stores and systems. FIT Analytics solves this problem. Utilising the raw power of search technology, users can retrieve and configure data for querying and reporting purposes quickly and easily.
Most people are familiar with search engines like Google and use them to explore the vast amounts of information available on the internet. FIT Analytics allows you to apply the same ‘natural language’ to your queries, returning results with the impressive speed and simplicity of search engine technology.
FIT Analytics allows everybody to engage with business analytics, not just analysts. Reporting, ad-hoc analysis and the creation of dashboards is simple and straightforward, allowing people to make the right decisions at the right time.
Whether you have implemented a data warehouse or you are trying to join up the data manually, FIT Analytics provides an extremely simple and user-friendly method of bringing data together into a single, coherent search engine that can then be used to provide consolidated reporting and analysis, all from a single point of access.
Reporting and Analytics
FIT Analytics has extensive report creation and presentation tools, including comprehensive mathematical and statistical functions. With more than 100 chart types, users are able to create highly visual infographic style reports using a simple drag-and-drop interface.
Reports can be published and made available to individuals or groups of users and can also be saved in users private reporting area.
Interactive Infographic Reporting
Every business analytics tool has dashboards, but few provide capabilities as flexible, simple and comprehensive as FIT Analytics. With the ability to position the reporting data anywhere on-screen in a variety of formats, users can structure and group related data together to incorporate logos, pictures, images and text as if typing data into a publishing package.
The User Interface (UI) has been designed to make the process of creating and saving new dashboards as quick and as easy as possible, with full customization to use corporate logos, fonts and color schemes.
Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
CAD is a method of dispatching taxicabs, field service technicians, and even for the management of critical emergency services like 9-1-1 calls.
The central idea is that individuals in a dispatch center can easily view and understand the status of all units being dispatched. CAD provides displays and tools so that the dispatcher has an opportunity to handle calls-for-service as efficiently as possible.
The FIT Platform seamlessly integrates into existing 9-1-1 telephony and CAD systems, helping to improve call response times and get the right type of emergency resource on the road as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
CAD integration enables call handlers and dispatchers to send supplementary information to emergency vehicle staff as they are on route to the scene. This can be general information such as telling staff to enter via the back gate, or critical information, for example, informing them that the neighbour has a gun.
We partner with globally-renowned system integrators such as Northrop Grumman, a market leader with a distinguished pedigree in the critical dispatch sector.
